Saturday belonged to our Randwick Petersham 1st, who won against Penrith 1st at Howell Oval.
We kept Penrith 1st to 145 from 40.2 overs. Credit to Nick Adams, who made 39 for the hosts. Riley Ayre claimed a terrific five-wicket haul, finishing with five for 35.
In reply, the group reached the target at 7/146 in 25.5 overs. Angus Mctaggart's 52 off 28 balls was a half-century to remember.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
Onwards and upwards.
