Our Randwick Petersham 2nd had to settle for a loss as they were held off by Mosman 2nd at Allan Border - Mosman Park in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's).
Mosman 2nd batted first and made 4/196 from 20 overs. Hugo Farquharson made a classy 122 not out for our opponents, a century worth applauding. With the ball, Atharv Ramakanth did the damage, claiming two for 32 off four overs.
Needing 197 to win, we finished on 6/151 from 20 overs. A classy 63 not out off 48 balls from Jack Barclay was the highlight. Austen Hiskens chipped in with 24.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
