It was one to learn from for our Randwick Petersham 3rd, who went down against Northern District 3rd in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's).
First up, Northern District 3rd made 5/197 from 20 overs. Credit to Elijah Stead, who made a half-century (69) for the visitors. Anthony Bartlett posted 67 for our opponents, a classy fifty. Toby Mackenzie was the pick of the bowlers, taking two for 17 off four overs.
Needing 198 to win, we finished on 5/179 from 20 overs. Adam Docos passed fifty on the way to 66 off 49 balls with seven fours and three sixes. Jordan Segal added a useful 33 off 16 balls.
Plenty to take out of this one. Well played to the visitors.
