At Coogee Oval, our Randwick Petersham 1st had to give best to Parramatta First Grade on home soil.
Parramatta First Grade's innings ended at 6/295, ours at 10/237. Alexander Lee-Young brought up a cracking century, finishing with 106 off 169 balls. Solid support came from Param Uppal, who made 41. Nilaathan Kulendran claimed four for 40 for the visitors.
With the ball, Uppal did the damage, claiming three for 88 off 34 overs. Angus Mctaggart added two for 72. Credit to Andrew Calvert, who made a century (148) for our opponents. The visitors' best was a half-century from Nitesh Samuel, who made 69.
The group will be keen to bounce back.
